We Supply, Install AND maintain all of our gas products, normally handling any warranty issues ourselves, subject to customer wishes

This means that the retailer has no responsibility for the installation, and can't legally attend to the fire, in the event of a fault,as they are not Gas Safe registered in their own right.......
