OUTSIDE WATER TAP

For a limited trial period, we are offering to install an outside water tap at a fixed price,
subject to positionof existing cold water pipe.
(The tap must be  within approx. 1 metre of a suitable supply)

The service will include a water tap, an internal isolation valve (so you can turn off the tap from inside the house), sleeved pipe through the wall and a double check valve as required by the regulations.

All this for an all inclusive price of £80 (inc. VAT at 20%)
 and a 12 month warranty.
(Plastic fittings not included)

To take advantage of this offer, please telephone or call in. We will ask a few questions to ensure that the work can be completed at the fixed price.
We require a 50% deposit to arrange a booking, and the balance is payable immediately on completion. In the unlikely event of the work falling outside of the agreed scope, we will provide a further quotation. If you wish to decline, we will immediately reimburse the deposit in full.

Please note that self cutting type connectors that are supplied with DIY kits, severely restrict the water flow, and sometimes the shard of copper cut out will lodge in the valve!
We obviously do not utilise such materials.
